Bingo at Seans

Our big continues to be the best around and we are nearly six months old. To date we have given away in excess of €130000 in prizes. As we edge towards to €150k mark we would like to mark this milestone with a little extra gift for the winner that takes us over the magic figure. Stay tuned for updates but you cannot afford to miss it. On Monday night there were no lucky jackpot winners, so our main pot of gold now stands at €11400 and this is backed up with three more golden nuggets of €1000 each. This is on top of all our regular prizes.

Follow all our free promotional offers on our social media pages. Get in early and get your books. If you have any queries, please message us on Facebook, Instagram etc, and we will assist in every way possible. Good luck and remember in playing bingo at home everybody stays safe. www.seansbingo.com

Junior Football League

The romanticisms of the championship and the prospect of exiting junior football once and for all is always apparent when these games come around. Throw in a local derby and it has the potential to be a cracker. However, our round one game in Aghabog possibly failed to sparkle. Both teams were eager to please but unfortunately failed to excite. While the Seans started well the home team took their purple patch either side of half-time and maintained a three-point lead. Handling errors and turnovers by both teams probably frustrated the purists but value for money was had in the final few minutes when the Seans dug deep to rescue a draw. Once again, the finger nails were bitten to the quick as the faint air of the final whistle sounded and this was subsequently followed by the sound of relief. A share of the spoils, on reflection, was probably a fair result. We now have a two-week break before we get back up on the horse for our home game against Rockcorry.

Juveniles

Well done the Sean Ogs who played hosts to Currin and Clontibret last Saturday morning. The fog covered pitch didn’t deter anybody and all seem to enjoy the run out.

Our 17’s secured their place in the Shield final with a convincing win over Rock Sarsfields. It was a fairly one sided affair as we converted our chances and took control comfortably. No date for the final as yet.

Good luck to our U13’s who will take on Currin in the Shield final at 12 noon on Saturday in Eire Og. Please come out and support them on their big day.
