Bingo at The Seans
Well done to our winners on Monday night as we gave away over €5000 in prizes. There were no winners of the main jackpot and it now moves on to a massive €11000. All other jackpots remain the same. Make sure you get in early and get your books. If you have any queries, please message us on Facebook, email, etc, and we will assist in every way possible.
Senior Ladies
The senior ladies secured another great win at the weekend. An away date to Monaghan Harps can always be tricky but the team are gelling well together as we head to the business end of the season. Well done to them and hopefully a run of wins is now on the cards.

Minor Boys
The lads had their penultimate league game away to Aghabog on Tuesday last. The home team are current table toppers and our recent encounters have not been successful. However, we cannot fault the efforts of our boys who took the game to Aghabog from the start and pushed into a lead. The lead would take us to within ten minutes of final whistle but, once again, a twist of fate and good fortune gave the home side a lift and it was enough to punish our mistakes and nick the win in the closing minutes. Disbelief from the crowd and indeed the players as to how it slipped from their grasp. As it stands now, a league semi final beckons for us, and it looks like we will be back in Aghabog for it.

Minor Girls
Our Minor League Final took us back to Aghabog on Thursday against Donaghmoyne. This turned into an epic battle from the off. Neither side giving into the pressure and playing their own game. With the Seans taking the minimum advantage of a single point to the break the game would come down to the wire. Once again it would be the fine margins and a wee bit luck that would take the silverware. Unfortunately, it was not to be our night. Donaghmoyne pushed ahead by two and when we picked up a red card, our fate was decided. Hard luck to the team and management given the effort they produced. This team is not far from glory and maybe the championship can be favourable. A big thanks to all those who helped with the food afterwards back at the club complex.

U12 Boys
Well done to our U12 squad who were visitors to Truagh Gaels on Saturday for the John Treanor Memorial Tournament Cup. After some terrific performances through out the competition we earned a final spot against Castleblayney Faughs. However, the tired legs couldn’t get us over the line and we finished runners up. A massive achievement in the grand scheme of things given the young age of a lot of the players. The team was presented with their medals and we must compliment the Truagh Club on a well organised event and thanks for the invitation. Congratulations to the lads and management on their great day out.
