Well done to all our lucky winners on Monday night as we paid out almost €6500 in prizes to them. Once again, our main jackpot has managed to evaded everyone and keeps on growing. It now stands at a whopping €12700, with all other jackpots back in place. There were no takers for the bonus ball on the night and it now moves on to a massive €1000 for next week. Please follow us on our social media platforms for promotions and giveaways.

Senior Men Championship
Our Junior Championship hopes disappeared on Saturday last in Oram, as Drumhowan marched on the semi-finals, in what was always going to be a tough assignment against the competitions favorites. However, the lads gave a spirited performance from the start and were only a couple scores astray at the break. Once again the rub of the green eluded us on a number of occasions in the second half and the opposition were able to capitalise on our marginal errors. In a nutshell, Drumhowan were winners by a margin of twelve points which did flatter somewhat. Regardless, the season comes to close, and we must look forward to 2027 and how we can build on this years experiences. The Club would like to thank Mark Keogh and his management team for their huge commitment and effort with the team this year. We can’t forget the players who have been injured and unable to compete, but the club acknowledges the extreme efforts of the team itself. From the heavy gym sessions, running the park and training each week the lads gave it their all and we hope this will continue again in 2027.

Our ladies will host Clones on Sunday morning at 11.00am for round eight of the league. With all still to play for, the ladies will hopefully get back on track with a win.

Juvenile Fundraiser – The Race Is On - October 25th
Keep free 25th of October as live horse racing comes to the Complex. This week we caught up with a potential winner who took a visit to see the grounds. A huge thanks to Francie and Hannah McCabe for allowing us to view this top rated horse and officially launch our fundraiser. Our main sponsor of the event is Monaghan Credit Union and we would like to thank Dermot Coyle and Grainne Clerkin for their support. This promises to be a huge night of fun and craic. Juvenile players now have sponsor cards and are out and about selling owners, jockeys and trainers. Please support them if they call.

The Club would like to express sympathies to Dermot Lambe and family, Killyconigan, Monaghan, on the recent passing of his wife Carmel. The Lambe family have a long association with the Seans Club.
