Congratulations to all our lucky winners on Monday as we paid out almost €5500 in prizes on the night. Once again, our main jackpot evaded everyone and it now stands at a massive €12300, with all other jackpots back in place. Championship Weekend
It’s another championship weekend for both the Ladies and Mens teams. On Sunday the Ladies head to Kavanagh Country at 2pm for their Championship semi-final clash with Inniskeen. Our gentlemen will make the short journey in the afternoon at 5pm to Rockcorry for round four of the group stages. We wish both teams and their management the best of luck and hopefully two victories.
Senior Ladies League
Our senior ladies had a comprehensive win over Scotstown ‘B’s on Saturday evening last at home. A great all round display from the off with some mighty scores and tough defending. With a good lead at the break, the Seans, were happy to build on that and the introduction of some of our younger subs helped maintain a good balance of play and scores. In the end they had amassed 2-12 to Scotstown’s 0-3 and a couple of more points in the league.

U16 Boys
Well done to our U16 boys who, having lost to St Pats in the last championship game, ended up playing them on Wednesday night in playoff for a semi final spot again. However, the return game in Ballybay, was quite different. The Seans lads had a plan and stuck to it. Excellent fielding, defending and scoring proved too much for the home side and they had a nine point victory at the final whistle. Our next opponents have yet to be decided.
Juvenile Fundraiser October 25th
Keep free the 25th of October as live horse racing comes to the Complex. This Juvenile Fundraising event will be like no other as we saddle up our jockeys, entertain the owners and applaude the trainers. Please support the youngsters when they call and you can purchase a jockey , a trainer , an owner or all three.
