Senior Men League
Our visit to Toome on Friday last failed to ignite our points tally on the Junior League. Once again, we were unable to build on a decent first half performance, where we entered the break at seven points each. While we were playing into the stiff breeze for the second period, we were well capable of converting chances. Alas, it wasn’t to be and conversions deserted us totally. Not registering a score in the second half was extremely disappointing and not the norm for this team. The game ran out with a red card for ourselves to compound the agony of defeat. While still struggling with absentees and injuries, the management have been unable to field a full team in the last seven games. We hope better days are ahead, as we break for this week and the reserves take to the field, at home, this Friday night against Doohamlet.

U14 Shield Finals
Good luck to both our U14 teams, as they contest the Division 3 and Division 6 Shield finals on Saturday and Sunday. Up first will be Clones at 2.30pm on Saturday and Inniskeen on Sunday at 11.00am (provisional time). Note that both games will at home so no excuses for a good turnout of support.
