SENIOR MENS ULSTER JUNIOR LEAGUE On Sunday, 1st of March, Truagh were our visitors for the final round of games in this competition. Once again an elevated injury list gave many players their opportunity to play their part. It was a shaky start as Truagh dropped in a goal with their first attack. They had also tagged on a couple of points before we found the shooting boots. However, we managed to get into the swing of the game and after scoring a goal and a number of points we were awarded a penalty which was also converted. Half time beckoned and we had now amassed a five point lead. The second period would see the introduction of many subs and with that came the weary legs for the opposition. The game played out with a number of goals scored and conceded to give a win for the Seans on a scoreline of 4-12 to 3-7. This concludes the competition for us with two wins and a loss, but it has been a good source for gametime for all the players.
