Ulster Junior League
Our third game in the Ulster League was away to Fr. Rocks Cookstown on Friday night last. The game was played under lights on the astro turf at the Mid Ulster Arena just outside Cookstown. In the absence of some players, there were opportunities for using all squad members and get them game time. Cookstown began strong and quickly pushed into a strong lead. Despite this, the lads stayed in touch and went into the break seven points in arrears. For the second period we introduced our subs and they found their rhythm scoring some will worked points. Having reduced the game to four, the home team hit back with another goal and they held on for a strong victory. Although we have had two wins, it is only the top team that progresses so our Ulster campaign is stalled for the minute. Well done to the team and it was great to see the numbers available on the night for selection. A big thanks to Terry Treanor and Fergal Ward for their on site score reporting so we could update the tweets.

Membership 2025
All players must now complete their membership in order to train and play games. Membership packages for 2025 are now due and available on our website and the Club App. To renew your individual, or family membership via the Club App just click ‘My Club’ and select pay membership. Membership can also be given to any committee member. Membership must be paid in order to take part in club activities.

Indoor Bowls
The indoor bowls teams are holding open evenings each Thursday night from 8-10pm. They are inviting players, male or female and of any age to come and sample the game. They will be on hand to provide their expert knowledge of the game and hopefully encourage some to take up the sport.

School Quiz
St Michaels NS, Corcaghan are having their annual Talbe Quiz in Hughies Pub on Friday 28th February at 8pm. The event is hosted by the Parents Association and there will loads of prizes on the night.
