Well done to all our winners on Monday night, as we paid out almost €5000 in prizes. Next Monday will be another Bank Holiday Bonanza with loads of prizes. U17 Championship

Our U17’s have now qualified for the Championship final. Our opposition , date and venue to be decided this weekend.

The Plans are underway to unveil our new fundraising campaign on Sunday the 5th of November at 7.30pm. Our guest on the night will be, incoming GAA President , Jarlith Burns. The “lighting the future’’ promotion will then be launched to all the members and friends on the night. The Club would encourage all patrons, past and present, players etc to come along and show their support.

Happy Birthday Drumkill Day Care

We would like to wish Drumkill Day Care Centre a happy 30th birthday this week. Drumkill Day Care provides day services for older people, including some with mild dementia. Activities include arts and crafts, outings, and music. The Centre is a volunteer led organisation and has had wonderful people giving their time and energy throughout the last thirty years. The Centre also offers meals to its weekly visitors, meals on wheels, chiropody, hairdressing, personal care along with arts & crafts, singing & dancing, and gentle exercise. This invaluable service is now an integral part of our community, and we wish them well for the next thirty years.

Wild Thyme’s Class Cuisine

Our Senior men were treated to the finest of dining on Saturday last, compliments of our local award winning restaurant , The Wild Thyme. The lads thoroughly enjoyed their evening and would sincerely like to thank all at the Restaurant for this lovely gesture.

Halloween Disco

The Parents Assoc. of St Mary's NS are having a childrens Fancy Dress Disco on Friday the 27th of October in the Complex from 6pm to 8pm. This is to raise funds for the school. Admission is €5 per child with under 3's free. It promises to be spooktacular fun!!!

Club Memorabilia

We are currently collating pictures and memorabilia of teams, and general events in the club of yesteryear. If anyone has photos, programmes or anything which you feel maybe of interest please contact our PRO, Adrian Forde on 0862760848. All items will be copied and returned. This work has started with new photos etc on display in the Plex Bar.

Indoor Bowls

Bowls continue every Thursday at 8pm. This is a creational game for all ages so feel free to call in and experience the game and maybe consider taking up the sport.
